🎣 Why Fishing Matters

Fishing is the core of your survival loop.
Your fish = your healing.
Your healing = your ability to farm, fight, escape, and not go broke.

No fish = no progress. Period.

🎣 EARLY → MID → LATE GAME FISHING BREAKDOWN

🎯 Early Game (Lv 1–30)

🔸 Fish in Safe Zones
🔸 Only trout & cod
🔸 Zero risk, fast XP
🔸 Start cooking immediately (these heal instantly)

🍤 Grilled Trout = +30 HP
🐟 Grilled Cod = +50 HP

Trout/Cod WILL carry your early dungeons.

🎯 Mid Game (Lv 30–60)

Now things get real.

🔸 Carp unlocks at Fishing Lv 60
🔸 But ONLY found in T3 zones (beach left of Capital)
🔸 You MUST use an Enhanced Fishing Rod
🔸 Expect PvP everyone tries to kill you here
🔸 Do NOT bring anything except:
• your rod
• bait
• a cheap backpack

🟢 Pro Tip: If you’re overweight while fighting or running…
you’re dead.
Throw out junk immediately (especially seaweed).

🍽️ Grilled Carp = +110 HP instantly
This is where you start printing Silver.

The big leagues.

🔸 Eels → T4 near Swamp Hideout
🔸 Rockfish → T4 Dungeon (requires Rock Dust bait)
• Rock Dust drops from Golems

These two are the best fish in the game for weight vs healing.

🐍 Grilled Eel = +230 HP
🐡 Grilled Rockfish = +230 HP

Farm these and your backpack is basically a portable hospital.

🔸 You burn ENERGY in T3+ zones just by existing
🔸 Mobs intentionally spawn near fishing spots
→ AFK fishing is IMPOSSIBLE
🔸 Always be prepared to run
🔸 Watching Matilda’s market = free Silver
🔸 Lobsters + Carp near New Mortis need BAIT
🔸 Don’t buy the Fisherman’s Hat it’s pure cosmetic
