@3mJamal No he can't; there's a $1B funding cap. At $10/share that'd be a maximum of 100M shares. Plus can't do more than 4.99% at a time, so no more than 750k shares for first tranche.

Unless share price lowers back down to $0.21, that 4.5B shares will never be fully issued.
