BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Robert Garcia absolutely torches MAGA Speaker Mike Johnson and other Republican leaders for being totally controlled by "petulant man-child" Donald Trump.

This fiery speech is one for the ages...

Speaking to MSNBC's Ayman Mohyeldin, Garcia pointed out that the ceaseless bad faith Republican attacks on Hunter Biden keep falling apart under basic scrutiny.

In particular, Garcia took aim at James Comer, the MAGA chairman of the House Oversight Committee. Comer has been spearheaded the totally political and utterly wasteful "inquiry" into Hunter.

"Look, James Comer is completely ineffective and completely dishonest," said Garcia. "The entire mission of the Republicans in power is all about trying to essentially get Donald Trump elected. So they'll do whatever they can to attack Joe Biden, to attack the president's family, and impeach."

"They know they have no evidence against the president actually to do anything," Garcia went on. "So they're going to continue to attack him, his family, and there's been zero evidence linking the president to anything and we need to get back to doing some positive stuff for the American people."

Garcia said all of this nonsense is coming from Trump, a man who explicitly stated: "Well if I got impeached, then Joe Biden has got to get impeached."

"We're dealing with a petulant man-child candidate for president that's running what he wants to happen through the members of the U.S. House," said Garcia.

"I mean, Mike Johnson is the speaker because Donald Trump said he'd be an okay person to be Speaker. He's controlling behind the scenes what's going on at the House," he added.

Garcia is, of course, absolutely spot on. Unfortunately, the Republicans have lost all shame at this point. They are completely enthralled by Donald Trump's fascism and the only way to beat them is at the ballot box.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's 2024 campaign is dealt a crushing blow as his deeply insulting obscene remarks about Evangelicals leak — and he will need their far-right votes to win back the White House.

Trump definitely wishes these comments had never surfaced...

According to a new book by Atlantic writer Tim Alberta, Donald Trump had some extremely harsh things to say about Senator Ted Cruz's religious supporters during the 2016 primary.

Trump called Cruz's Evangelical supporters in Iowa "so-called Christians" and "real pieces of shit."

After mispronouncing the name of a book in the Bible during a speech at Liberty University, Trump was pelted with laughter and mockery. The public humiliation enraged him.

"The laughter and ridicule were embarrassing enough for Trump," wrote Alberta. "But the news of [Evangelical leader Tony Perkins] endorsing Ted Cruz, just a few days later, sent him into a spiral. He began to speculate that there was a conspiracy among powerful evangelicals to deny him the GOP nomination."

Later, Trump told a Republican official in Iowa: "You know, these so-called Christians hanging around with Ted are some real pieces of shit.’"

Of course, most of those Evangelicals later went on to support Trump after Cruz suspended his campaign. He is taking their support for granted in 2024 and if they refuse to show up he has no chance of winning.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's victory lap falls flat on its face as a watchdog group files an appeal to the Colorado Supreme Court aimed at overturning a judge's absurd ruling that the 14th Amendment does not apply to presidents.

If this appeal is successful, Trump could end up removed from the state's 2024 presidential ballot...

The watchdog group in question is Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW). They are seeking to have Trump barred from the ballot because he clearly engaged in insurrection on January 6th — a crime which legally prohibits him from political office under the 14th Amendment.

Last Friday, Colorado District Court Judge Sarah Wallace ruled that Donald Trump "engaged in insurrection" but then ludicrously stated that the "insurrectionist ban" does not apply to presidents.

Why presidents would be somehow immune to the restriction and thus implicitly allowed to engage in insurrection is anyone's guess.

"No court should adopt an interpretation of the Constitution that has such absurd results," CREW wrote in its appeal filing. "Fortunately, in this case, the text and history all comport with the common-sense outcome. Section 3 does not disqualify oath-breaking insurrectionists from nearly all public offices except the highest one, nor does it give a unique free pass to insurrectionist Presidents."

It's perhaps worth pointing out that the Colorado Supreme Court justices were all originally Democratically appointed, so hopefully they see the existential threat posed to democracy by MAGA fascism.

BREAKING: Former Trump official Cassidy Hutchinson sounds the alarm and warns Americans that they MUST vote to reelect Joe Biden if they "want our democracy to survive."

This is a woman who knows PRECISELY what Donald Trump is capable of...

During an interview on MSNBC, Jen Psaki asked Hutchinson if she was "leaving the door open to voting for Joe Biden" if it ends up being a choice between him and Trump.

"I will say my door is completely shut to voting for Donald Trump," replied Hutchinson. "And the only reason I will not endorse a candidate right now is because I still am hopeful that Donald Trump does not end up being the nominee next year."

"I think our country will be in a much better place overall, not just for myself but the ticket and the future of our country will be," she went on. "But what I will say too though is I think everybody should vote for Joe Biden if they want our democracy to survive."

There you have it. Hutchinson served in the Trump White House and saw this fascist in action up close. She is not exaggerating when she calls him out for being a threat to democracy. The signs are all there.

If Donald Trumps wins in 2024, democracy dies. Be a patriot, vote Biden.

BREAKING: President Biden rips into Donald Trump with righteous fury for using Nazi language after the MAGA cult leader said that he wants to "wipe out" all of the "vermin" if he wins the White House in 2024.

Biden took the gloves off for this one...

At a recent deranged rally, Trump told his frothing fascist supporters that he will "root out the communists, Marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country."

This kind of dehumanizing language is right out of the Nazi playbook and lays the groundwork for all manner of brutal policies, up to and including genocide. Biden refused to let it slide.

Speaking to a crowd last night, the president tore into the comments.

"Trump has said if he returns to office he’s gonna go after all those who oppose him and wipe out what he called the ‘vermin...in America’... it echoes language you heard in Nazi Germany in the 30s," said Biden. "It isn’t even the first time."

Biden also slammed Trump's xenophobic comment that "illegal immigrants" are "poisoning the blood of our country." This kind of language is white nationalist to its core and is meant to terrify bigots with the specter of race-mixing.

Donald Trump could not be making it any more clear at this point. A vote for him in 2024 is a vote for literal fascism. He will weaponize the Justice Department, dismantle our democracy, and attempt to bring out his own version of the Reich.

BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith brings down the hammer on Donald Trump and pushes back hard against his suspicious bid to have his criminal trial televised.

Smith knows EXACTLY what Trump is planning...

Over the weekend, Trump's shady lawyers informed the judge that they would support bringing cameras into the courtroom for his criminal case. Usually, trial in federal court are not televised.

In their new filing, Jack Smith's team slammed the MAGA cameras request as "a transparent effort to demand special treatment, try his case in the courtroom of public opinion, and turn his trial into a media event."

They're absolutely right. As fun as it would be to see Trump face his day in court, it's far more important that the case be tried and handled properly. It's more important that Trump end up behind bars.

The prosecutors correctly pointed out in their filing that broadcasting the trial could put he witnesses in danger and leave them open to intimidation efforts. Imagine how Trump would twist the broadcast to inflame his unhinged and violent supporters.

Smith's team pointed out that the press will be able to reporter minute-to-minute updates from inside the court, which should be more than enough.

As much as we'd love to see Donald Trump breaking down in court as a lifetime of crime catches up to him, we are going to trust Jack Smith on this one.

BREAKING: FOX News gets devastating news as the FCC(Federal Communications Commission) announces that it’s launching the preliminary process of stripping FOX News of its broadcasting license in Philadelphia over its pushing of Trump’s Big Lie.

But it gets WORSE for FOX News…

It all started last July when media reform activists petitioned the FCC to revoke Fox News’ local broadcast license in Philadelphia over its rampant election fraud propaganda, which is a clear violation of the “character clause” embedded in the Communications Act that the FCC uses to determine if a network should earn and maintain its broadcasting license.

Today, the FCC announced that it is moving forward with its investigation by opening up an “evidentiary hearing” in which citizens and advocacy groups can comment publicly and provide evidence of FOX News’ election lies.

FOX News and its army of lawyers adamantly opposed the hearing, but the FCC took the “rare step” of deciding to move forward with it, sending FOX News’ lawyers spiraling into a frenzy.

To make matters worse for FOX News, experts say that if Philadelphia activists are able to get FOX News pulled from the air, it could “be replicable” in other cities and markets all across America.

This could be the beginning of the end of FOX “News” as we know it…
