@NHSMillion That's a great salary to start training on. I got paid 19k for my grad role back in 2017 and much like doctors, it increased as I gained qualifications and experience
@SteveS1488 @fengelav @JoZhouArt@EndWokeness In most parts of Africa being big is healthy, it means you can afford to eat well and also being skinny is associated with illnesses like aids. Most African women lead a healthy lifestyle so can be larger but still be physically active and eat nutritious food
@MichaelAArouet@EndWokeness 90% of CEOs and 70% of senior execs at Fortune 500 companies are white men, despite making up only 35% of the population. Yeah it's definitely the white men being turned down for senior positions
@Shi0mhh @reportblkcrime @biolah_baba @2Dog_The_OG @ComebackKidBaby@EndWokeness You think black people willingly handed over all their lands to whites? Lol you tell everyone to use their heads but you don't do the same
@Shi0mhh@GinjaNinja2305@DieDagbreker @2Dog_The_OG @ComebackKidBaby@EndWokeness The government being corrupt doesn't change the racial inequality that needs to be addressed, we need a solid plan to reach that, if you have a better idea then I'd love to hear it
@Shi0mhh@GinjaNinja2305@DieDagbreker @2Dog_The_OG @ComebackKidBaby@EndWokeness I've provided a source earlier in the thread, scroll up and you'll see. That same table that said whites own 22% of land also shows that among individuals, whites own over 70% of agricultural land
@ComebackKidBaby@Shi0mhh@djkevking@FatalDmc99 @2Dog_The_OG @EndWokeness People like him never understand, they scream racism when it's the white wealthy land owners but are quiet when it comes to all the racial inequality black people face
@saintlouisheidt @2Dog_The_OG @ComebackKidBaby@EndWokeness Yes they should transfer it, but even then that will not solve the racial inequality problem. At some point white people will have to give up their land to black people and only then, can we strive towards equality.
@Shi0mhh@djkevking@FatalDmc99 @2Dog_The_OG @ComebackKidBaby@EndWokeness Because things are unequal as is, which means that laws have to be biased against the privileged to reach equality.
Apartheid left SA with a lot of racial inequality, that needs to be fixed somehow we can't just accept the inequality as a way of life
@saintlouisheidt @2Dog_The_OG @ComebackKidBaby@EndWokeness I think the government's idea is a better one to slowly increase black ownership, its never going to change overnight but its a step in the right direction to reduce the racial inequality in place
