Verwood Town FC are excited to announce that Carl Rolfe will be our new Director of Football for the 24/25 season.

Carl commented “I am thrilled to have been offered the role of Director of Football and can’t wait to get started. My goal is to develop and maintain high standards throughout and get the club operating as one. To integrate the first team’s operations with the rest of the club. One of our greatest strengths is our vibrant youth system and I aim to ensure continuity between the first team, the under-23s, and the under-18s. My focus will be on working with Joe, Alex and Jamie in cultivating a strong club identity, culture, and pathway”.

Martin Gilham Chairman of Verwood Town FC commented "I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Rolfe as Director of Football. There is a significant amount of young talent at the club progressing through the age groups and Carl's role is key to providing a pathway through under 18/23 to first team football.

Carl, who has been a vital part of our team as the 1st Team Coach, brings a wealth of experience and passion to his new role. His additional responsibility reflects his outstanding contributions and commitment to the club. As Director of Football, Carl will oversee the development of our footballing strategy, ensuring the growth and success of Verwood Town FC.."
