@virginmedia I have been trying to call to speak to someone about my broadband which has been intermittent for 3 days now, I have been on hold for 25 minutes and now have been cut off, ridiculous. Can someone contact me

@virginmedia my router resets three times a day at the moment, 4 times I have tried to call and 4 times I have been cut off, it has just rest for the second time in half an hour as I write this. I have checked the service status but it won’t load, this is getting ridiculous now.

@virginmedia No problem, the speeds are fine over the wi fi give or take 20 mbps so I doubt the hard wire results will be less. The router keeping restarting is my problem. If it persists I will call tomorrow and organise an engineer.
