@LNRailway platform for the 1256 from Euston to Birmingham announced at 1251 even though the train had clearly been there for 10 minutes.
I understood we were trying to stop the last second dash at Euston - especially in this heat!

It's poor service and operations..

@leshuttle - what is going on? You cancel with no notice the 1636 train we are booked on. Boarding for the next (1706) train is a shambles and then it still hasn't moved - though the next train has departed.
Presume you will be processing refunds?
