@EzraFBridgers The army says increasing QOL for soldiers/families is costly…but they ignore that stability is highest on the list of reasons why people want to leave. Stabilize soldiers and their families, save money from stupid PCSs, and let spouses grow in good jobs for more than 2-3 years.

@LethalityJane After a day of not getting my call answered, I went to the JBER TMC and called the appointment desk while standing 15 feet away from them. They had two uniformed and one civilian at the desk…none of them dealing with Soldiers…but all ignoring the phone all three times I called.

@pptsapper Per BG Funck, we’ll fix the recruiting issue by shipping high speed O4s and O5s to recruiting BN command for a year in exchange for the bonus of PCSing to their duty station of choice after. Another PCS will definitely improve morale for families
