I emailed Amanda @Staybridge a receipt for the item only to not hear back. It wasn’t until I spoke with her manager Ami, that I felt a bit more confident except of course it’s now May 17 and still no communication on their part. It’s sad to be told one thing by management then

Find the item either. When I spoke to Sammy @Staybridge last she said she had put it in a box and in a bag with a not for Amanda. Well, the item is missing. When I spoke to Amanda to explain the situation, she said if we cannot locate the item we will replace it. I said great!

Fill out @Staybridge credit card authorization form. So I did, emailed it back, then called the same day to make sure Sammy received my email and card information. Once confirmed I waited. It’s been almost a month and no mouth splint, smh. I called a week later May 1st and spoke

I recently stayed @Staybridge in Maumee, OH on April 24th and realized I left my mouth splint. Called the next day and the front desk attendant Sammy found it. I asked if it could be mailed to me, to which she said she’d have to ask her manager. She said they could by having me.
