@IndiGo6E @JM_Scindia Harassment and lies of Indigo and their staff. Varanasi airport lied about flight being cancelled and Hyderabad staff said don't ask us any questions about Varanasi, we are not responsible this is Hyderabad ! Delayed by 24 hours and still counting !!!!

@UrbanLadder Are you guys delusional ! Who will keep this carpet for three months ! So what you're saying is that if you buy a carpet from Urban Ladder be assured that for three months there will be fiber all over your house and you cant sit on the carpet as it will spoil your clothes !!!

@UrbanLadder Bought a carpet from UL and it's been a nightmare ever since ! The carpet is made of toxic wool and the shedding was so much that within a week the carpet lost 50% of it's weight !!! The UL team says this is standard and expect this to continue for 3 months !!!!

@UrbanLadder Also go understand from a manufacturer that shedding this much means that it's not been finished at the factory or the quality of the wool is so poor that it's not fit for other countries and hence dumped in India !!!

@UrbanLadder You guys have no clues about carpets !Go do some basic research! Are you guys aware that shedding while common is minimal, this carpet has created an issue and now I'm being told that once must live with it for three months ! Why don't you keep it in your office for three months!

@makemytrip System doesn't accept GST number and Customer Support says it's a technical glitch for which they will not do anything !!! @nsitharaman Why does customer need to suffer when MMT is charging GST and refusing to provide Credit deliberately !!!

@makemytripcare The manager says do anything we can't change this ! Beats me why a ticket which booked minutes ago for which return has not been filed can't be rectified ! Is it reluctance, laziness or pure anti consumer behaviour !!!
