@boringbk2@E_Elite23@GottaBelievePod What?! He's like...the perfect leadoff guy. The only argument against him leading off is the lack of stolen bases, which has as much to do with coaching as it does him.
@_ShadowStro The same team...except for a revamped, much-improved bullpen, a strong rotation, and a trio of impact prospects who are likely to start their rookie campaigns together and could all win ROTY. And it's still early December. Yep. Same team.
@tylerredmondtv Mets fan here: Yep, you guys have it good on that front. Perks of having a good farm system. Ours was awful because previous GMs traded away prospects of value to get aging, overpaid veterans. There's a reason those $43M contracts are short-term. But rn, you're in a better spot.
@MeekPhill_ I agree with drawing the line because of age. But if 2 starts are enough for you to throw away the 30 before them....might want to try a different sport. Bassitt was the Mets most reliable arm last year
@SNYtv Is nobody going to point out SNY saying "non-injury related IL stint" as if they're encrypting some secret message. Just say Covid. It's not like Beetlejuice. Saying it 3 times won't infect you.
@TravisFuguet@WickedJ8@jeff_gluck Exactly. A sport born and bred in the southeast, but it starts its races in the late afternoon to appease the audience in a place that, with a few DRIVER exceptions, has looked down on NASCAR for its entire existence.
@NAPCAR2 @jeff_gluck "I chose to differentiate from the norm and people aren't accommodating my choices!"
The majority of their audience comes from traditional TV watching methods (cable/satellite). Of course that's going to be their priority. Be patient. Your time will come.
