Once again, my order was returned without my consent. Ekart's @ekartlogistics service is very poor, and @cromaretail customer care is useless. They will never solve any problem.

@cromaretail My order which was supposed to be delivered on 17th April is still not out of delivery. What a poor service you are providing.

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail @cromaretail last warning

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail
This is my order, which I should have received on April 17th, but I haven't received it even today, April 18th. And the same thing happened to me last time as well. And at that time also the order was cancelled without my permission.

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail And even with this order, the delivery boy is not delivering to my address. Instead, he is calling me to their Ekart Hub, which is 25 to 30 kilometers away. I request you that this time my order should be delivered otherwise I will take action.

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail My problem hasn't been resolved yet. Your service is absolutely terrible. Have some shame. Do you think people are crazy?

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail @CromaSupport Delivery boy didn't even attempt delivery and order was cancelled without my consent. Very poor service.”

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail Yes, it is true that an attempt was made for delivery but the delivery boy was calling me to collect the order 20-30 KM away from my address. And I informed this to your customer care on the same day but your poor customer care could not do anything.

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail I am saying this for the last time, please tell me the reason for cancellation of my order and compensate me for wasting my time.

[DILKHUSH MEENA @dkbarval]

@cromaretail You have one hour from now until 7:00 PM to explain why my order was cancelled. Otherwise, I will file a complaint against your company at a higher level.
