Small rant about @Chase#SapphireReserve trip delay and cancelation benefit. Months after numerous requests for more details and promises by well meaning agents that I’m all set, I login to find the claim is closed. No explanation, no email, nothing. Weird
@Chase has possibly the most frustrating chatbot ever to exist. Unable to answer or process the most basic of situations it cannot understand basic English. Well here’s one place where agentic AI will never displace humans I guess.
