Now saying it’s the front suspension, saying I must have hit a pot hole, which I know I never did, especially one they they say damage the control arm, spindle and shock of the car. They want 5k to fix it saying it’s out of warranty! Paying already so much for a car and now this

@FlyFrontier being called a lier by a customer service rep is the new policy I guess here. I called to complain about my baggage fews, and how many people were questioning the scales, and the extra fees being charged! The rep in the phone basically said if you have no proof
