@BLocsports Weather conditions allowed him to make the catch...
Pretty soon, the metric equations will have to add weather conditions...wind, humidity, temperature...can't wait to see how these variables are measured.
@C_R_Enn "RBI probability"????
I had to look this doozie up...
RBI / AB = .125 x OPP + .194 x AVG + .514 x ISO – .20
Explain how the variables are calculated...WTF is the -.20???
@ATL14ESQ@RealAGon7 ...moved into the open slots.
With AJSS and Wentz out for the year and the timetable on Waldrep unknown, I'm thinking of who's available now...this would be Ritchie and MAYBE Didier.
Next year, there's going to be a bumper crop with the returnees coming back.
@ATL14ESQ@RealAGon7 I'm not popular with other Braves' people on here because of my view of Lopez and Holmes in the rotation.
I saw the reliever to starter experiment fail many times in my pitching career and I see the same thing right now.
You're right...rate who you got and decide who can be...
@ATL14ESQ@RealAGon7 I see it...my thinking is if you CAN trade/release Bummer, move Holmes out to the pen, bring up Ritchie/Didier to fill his spot until Strider comes back.
Concerned over Holmes' command issues.
Not sure whether Schwellenbach comes back this year.
Lots of options for the pen.
@ATL14ESQ@RealAGon7 I vote for Bummer...but I know the FO isn't going to pay $9M without something in return.
I don't see Bummer leaving until after the season is over.
@braveshomer27 Bummer isn't going anywhere...unfortunately...at least until the end of the season.
Sad thing is we now know he's ineffective in both stressful and non-stressful situations.
@weaver_cards@BrandonGaudin That's my excuse...
I did stay awake long enough to see the T1 meltdown but missed the rest of the game.
Didn't know who won until 0200A on the ESPN bottom scroll.
Smith pulled it out again...he's tuned into a diamond in the rough.
