Never know what you're gonna get with @VIA_Rail. Today from MTL->OTT (Train 39) I discovered not only is Netflix blocked, but also none of the videos in the crappy via media offering will play. Switching to my mobile hotspot for the rest of the ride. So much for "free wifi"

Another awful @BestBuyCanHelp experience. Bought GeekSquad protection with my phone. Credit card expired & #WorstBuy cancelled my protection plan for non-payment without contacting me. Now telling me it was my responsibility. #WorstCustomerServiceEver

Did #Videotron just start blocking crypto mining pools? Connections to several different pools stopped working this afternoon. Fired up a VPN and they all work fine. New network filtering? @Videotron24_7 @Videotron
