@Dreamjew I put it in my list and also think it’s optimal. Haven’t done much testing so my opinion doesn’t really hold much weight, but since you’re already playing the TM Evo it just makes sense to me. I feel like Rabsca is more optimal than Manaphy in TM Evo decks until Drago rotates.
