@makemytrip @makemytripcare @qrsupport I have NEVER seen or experienced a company worse than MakeMyTrip. The refund on my booking ID NN2AIUBK84812057394 is pending since Mar'26 .... While I asked for refund to FOP, the MMT keeps sending travel credit voucher, useless for me

@makemytripcare Your hollow assurance has wasted my 4 months, giving me horrible experience, and it is still continuing. File my refund CORRECTLY on trade portal and ask for refund (not travel voucher)
@qrsupport what else can i do with MMT. Told them 20 times in 2 weeks

@makemytrip @makemytripcare @qrsupport MMT "INCORRECTLY" requested for travel voucher on trade portal instead of asking for refund, and I, the customer is suffering since 4 months due to incompetent folks at MMT. Still MMT is fooling around since 4 months

No supervisor comes forward to speak and resolve the matter, no escalation email is provided. Each of their email has only lame excuse asking for 48 hours to validate. This has been going on since 4 months. SHAME MAKEMYTRIP

@qatarairways I dont understand why QA issues travel credit vouchers when I have filed for monetary refund in original FOP. Travel agency MMT and QA inordinately delaying refund. You know the long pending case. DM's not helpful. How long before refund is issued, already 4 months
