My best guess is that this ends up a close race. But voters choices are unpredictable and it's also possible it will remain a pretty clear rejection of the Measure.
Oakland still has lots of votes to count, and though I don't think Measure E is likely to pass, I wouldn't count it out. Here's my argument for why you should keep watching the @sfchronicle results page:

And although most measures don't swing by over 4 points with the late vote, which is what Measure E needs, there have been a number that moved that much since 2022. It just wouldn't be that unusual for it to end up passing.
