But they don't care ( Last i got a ticket no from the CSE ...E1SF3Z6TKRHGB3...but when again i call the CSE at their no 180012009009/1593, they say they don't have this . But i have the entire recorded conversation with their CSE @ 180012001593..Where he gave me this Ticket no .

AMAZON INDIA never cares about its Valued Prime Customer like me . Since 4th Nov '25 i have been requesting them to restore my account taken control by the fraud Master & reverse back the fraud transaction of Rs2.6Lacs & Rs0.30Lacs ( Though their CSE confirmed it over call)

Beware of Advanced cyber Crime done by Hackers cloning your phone …It’s mainly through Amazon application & the sites allow Cr Card use without CVV .
And also beware of SBI Card Services ( recently disputed transaction of 2.9lacs that happened in Amazon app) & no proper help!

Amazon provided me with a ticket ID, but when I called customer service the next day, they said they had no record of it. I am really surprised — what is happening at Amazon?

Still following up with Amazon & SBI on a fraud SBI card transaction—my mobile was cloned via the Amazon app. Beware: advanced hackers watch us daily! Hoping Amazon resolves my case with a refund soon.
