The Messenger salallaahu alayhi wa sallam said
When I was taken up to the Heavens i passed by a ppl who had copper claws tearing at their faces and chests. I asked 'Who are these O Jibreel?' He said 'They are those who ate the flesh of ppl and violated their honour'
Musnad Ahmad
The Scholars' Station: Between Fiqh & Sharī'ah
Ash-Shaykh al-Muftī Sālih al-Fawzān, may Allah preserve him, says:
"Fiqh is deriving legislated rulings from their detailed evidence. Hence, fiqh is taken from the Qurān and the Sunnah, derived from it, and none are capable of this except the scholars; those who are well-grounded in knowledge.
Not everyone is capable of this except those that are well-grounded in knowledge. Only they are capable of deriving rulings from their proofs."
Sharh 'Umdatil-Fiqh (V.1 P19-20)
The punishment for those who spread corruption—(by acts of murder, banditry, kidnapping, rape, and terrorism)—is that they are killed, or crucified, or that their hands and feet are cut off from opposite sides.
From the most beneficial of books compiled on the topic of Tawhīd is Kitāb at-Tawhīd of Imām Muhammad bin 'Abdil Wahhāb, Allah have mercy upon him; a book which has been explained by numerous scholars.
Although not an exhaustive list, here is a suggested sequence of explanations for this wonderful book:
1. Sharh Kitāb at-Tawhīd by al-Imām Ibn Bāz.
2. al-Mulakhas by the Mufti Sh Sālih al-Fawzān
3. Al-Qawl as-Sadīd by 'Allāmah as-Sa'dī
4. 'Iānatul-Mustafīd by the Mufti Sh Sālih al-Fawzān
5. Al-Qawl al-Mufīd by the Faqīh al-'Uthaymīn
6. Fath-hul Majīd by Imām 'Abdur Rahman bin Hassan Ālish-Shaykh

When a Scholar Makes an Error, the Whole World Makes an Error!
Sh Badī-ud-dīn writes in the Muqaddimah of his Tafsīr after explaining that requests were made of him to author a tafsīr:
"So I began to ponder over the affair, and consider what I had to offer and the reality of the task at hand. If they had entrusted me to move a towering mountain, it would have been easier for me. I took a step forward and back again.
Another consideration: man is prone to making mistakes and forgetting, and I feared that I would make a mistake or an error, for when a scholar makes an error, the whole world makes an error, to the point that I intended to excuse myself."
We cannot fathom the weight on a scholar's shoulders. This great imām, with a level of knowledge acknowledged by the likes of Al-Albāni, Muqbil, Rabī, would not start writing his Tafsīr because he feared making mistakes.
May Allah reward the community @Athariyyah in East London for organizing this week's conference on the study of Imām al-Ājurri's famous books, Etiquette of the Scholars. A truly beautiful diverse community with large number of youth, with beautiful manners.
I was delighted to be able to visit @_MuSunnah fir the first, may Allah bless them too.
I especially would like to thank my brothers @uwaysT and Ozan for the remarkable hospitality (along with the many brothers in the community).
Lastly, it was a pleasure to visit @AstonMasjid and @SalafiPubs to start this trip. May Allah reward @AbuIdrees@AbuKhadeejahSP and @Abdulilah_UK for their time and company!
There are so many amazing young brothers & sisters out there.
My sincere advice: don’t let social media burn you out.
Make the Masjid a regular part of your life, learn your religion, and strive to live by it.
By Allah, we only want the best for you.
Your community needs you.
