and it’s a month and counting waiting for another transmission. When I call into the FCA customer line, I’m lucky if my message is returned, the customer service has been a joke. Last Jeep product I will ever purchase.

noise and thought the flex plate was cracked, another week for those parts. Vehicle continued to make noise, cleaned out oil pan with no change. Sent video of noise to Chrysler and have now been told that the transmission needs replacement once again. Transmission is backordered
