A Flood Warning has been issued for the Lake Huron shoreline including Port Albert and Goderich. The message is available on our website: https://t.co/FOCbhmjkml
Conservation areas are also experiencing the same issues. Please clean up after your picnics! The areas are for all to enjoy, and sitting next to garbage is an experience no one wants.
@Matthec1957 Some blue spruce don't turn blue at all, it is genetics. Unfortunately, the only advice that I can give in 'improving' the tree colour is to ensure that it is healthy. Based on a trees health, it can be more blue or more green. Other 'tricks' to blue a tree are not proven.

BREAKING: The GRCA has closed Belwood Lake, Elora Gorge, Guelph Lake and Rockwood Conservation areas temporarily until June 15.
The authority says the temporary closure is due to "significant challenges" with visitors not respecting rules, and leaving garbage and other waste.
As the weather gets warmer, visitors to parks and outdoor areas should be reminded about ticks. Read the following precautions on how to protect yourself, your pets and your children. Let's be #TickSmart!

Concerned about high Lake Huron water levels? If your property is in Maitland Conservation's area of jurisdiction we have recent air photos available - check out your shoreline without having to travel. Email [email protected]
Maitland Conservation properties remain closed to visitors. Recent ATV use @ Maple Keys Sugar Bush has damaged vernal pools. These pools are wet in spring & dry up over the summer. They're an important natural habitat. Please protect them. #StepIntoNatureAtHome#EarthDay
