Lets keep the facts straight. There wasn’t a single Pakistani journalist present in India to cover the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026 final & the only question related to Sanju Samson that Mitchell Santner was asked had nothing to do with Sahibzada Farhan, it was about Samson’s performances in bilateral series compared to a big final.
Yet somehow Pakistan gets dragged into the narrative. That pretty much sums up the desperation. A section of Indian trolls simply can't generate engagement without inserting Pakistan into the conversation. Fabricated quotes, twisted context, anything for a few extra clicks.
It’s almost ironic: they claim to ignore Pakistan, yet their timelines revolve around mentioning it. At times it genuinely feels like Pakistan lives rent-free in their heads.
And the saddest part is that followers get misled by these fraudsters chasing a few dollars.
You don't need to lift heavy weights to gain muscle.
As long as volume and effort are high, and you train to fatigue, you can build muscle mass (hypertrophy) with lower weights.
Dr. Stuart Phillips (@mackinprof) and colleagues recently showed that low-load (20–25 reps at ~30–40% 1RM) and high-load (8–12 reps at ~70–80% 1RM) resistance exercise led to similar gains in muscle hypertrophy and stimulation of myofibrillar protein synthesis in the upper and lower body over 10 weeks of training.
Effort drives adaptations.
@mrsinha look up for performance enhancing drugs do to your heart. fitness and healthy eating actually have nothing to do with steroids - many bodybuilders have died of this.
I still think Collagen is a scam 😅
Collagen protein is outed as a beneficial supplement for joints, skin, & other tissues
It's been claimed it can prevent & help heal injuries, improve skin appearance, & elasticity
But thus far the highest quality studies have failed to demonstrate a viable mechanism to explain claims
A recent study (PMID: 40523226) aimed to assess if 30g of collagen could increase connective tissue protein synthesis (CPS)
Usman Khawaja has refused to speak to radio broadcaster SEN after day one of the first Test between Australia and West Indies in Bridgetown.
It has been reported the Australia opener's decision was in response to SEN standing down cricket journalist Peter Lalor earlier this year over pro-Palestinian social media posts.

A coach told me this week that 1 of his guys is batting for 3 hrs a session & hitting 1500 deliveries in that time in prep for INT assignments. A visiting coach from the UK with his kids team said they practice twice a week at home. Here he said the kids train twice a day. #INDIA
Pakistan played three Cricket World Cups in 1990s. They won in 1992 and were runners-up in 1999. Their only disappointing campaign was in 1996 but even in that tournament they lost just two matches (one of those happened to be a quarter-final).
Global events were rare in the 1990s while in the modern era we have seen 6 ICC men’s ODI and T20 tournaments in the last six years. Pakistan isn’t just losing them, they are being hammered. It took them just 5 days to get out of the Champions Trophy. Nine months ago, they failed to qualify for the Super 8s in the T20 World Cup.
The late 80s and the 90s team won multi-national tournaments in India, Sharjah, Australia, the Asian Test Championship and many high-octane Tests in West Indies, England and India. The current team has been reduced to a bilateral bully because most teams these days play bilateral cricket with their second XIs. So, any comparison with the 90s performance is feeble.
Winning tournament isn’t the only gauge to define greatness. You can lose a tournament and still be a good team as long as you are putting a fight.
For example, New Zealand men’s team haven’t won a white-ball ICC tournament in 25 years, but that does not mean they are a poor team. Same goes for India, who despite being the best team of this generation, took 11 years to win a tournament.
Apart from success in tournaments, you must look at the calibre of players too.
Imran, Wasim, Waqar, Miandad, Inzamam, Shoaib, Saeed, Saqlain, Yousuf, Afridi etc are the names that you would want to have in your all-time Pakistan XI. There isn’t a single player in the current team or from the recently retired lot who straight away walks into Pakistan’s all-time team. And that pretty much sums up the current standards of cricket in Pakistan.
It’s concerning to hear suggestions about dropping Babar Azam. India didn’t bench Virat Kohli during his rough stretch between 2020 and 2023, when he averaged 19.33, 28.21, and 26.50, respectively. If we are considering sidelining our premier batsman, arguably the best Pakistan has ever produced, it could send a deeply negative message across the team. There is still time to avoid pressing the panic button; we should focus on safeguarding our key players rather than undermining them.
@asianick85@Mickeyarthurcr1 When I was with Quetta, the players trained too much, instead of training specifics. It’s good to look like you’re putting in long hours, but actually, you’re just tiring your body out. Bowlers would bowl everyday for hours - madness.
@Mickeyarthurcr1 From my time playing the PSL, the players don’t train properly and there’s way too much emotion involved in the win or loss. No consistency off the field, so how do you expect it on the field?
And I agree, the talent is UNREAL!
