Plano ISD, which has already been on the map for violating parental rights, allowing trans wrestlers to participate on the girls’ team while on testosterone, failing to appropriately handle mold in its classrooms, and allowing “walkouts” during classroom time in support of Hamas while students chant “from the river to the sea,” is now BACK on my radar.

This time, it is not only for allowing explicit materials in Plano ISD high schools, but also for allowing Islamic, “queer,” and trans-supportive materials in its libraries from the ELEMENTARY level and up.

“Flamer,” among several other explicit books, has been found in Plano high schools. It contains frequent use of “f–k,” “s–t,” “f-g,” and their variants, along with uses of “prick,” “d–k,” “c-ksucker,” and “fudgepacker.”

It contains descriptions of fully n*de young boys. Physical violence includes two scenes of physical as*ault; one of them occurs in a fiery vision involving flaming arrows. There is a shower scene in which a boy gets an erction. There is also a shared mast*rbation scene. Suicidal ideation is brought up as well.

In schools across the district, including ELEMENTARY schools, dozens of books supporting queer and trans ideology have been found, as well as a book regarding Linda Sarsour, a prominent DSA supporter long accused of antisemitism at a time when Plano ISD is reeling from repeated antisemitic incidents, which they continue to deny.

In Texas, the HB 900-mandated standards are in effect and were updated last legislative session with SB 13, which prohibits indecent and profane content. SB 13 clearly prohibits indecent and profane content, which means Plano ISD IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF TEXAS LAW.

RICHARDSON, TEXAS - I was exclusively provided video of an interaction between street preacher Richard Penkoski and a Richardson Police Department officer.

Penkoski tells me that Richardson police provided him with the department’s “Rules for Picketers/Protesters/Demonstrators,” which contains a section addressing the “content of speech.” (I will include the document in the thread)

But it was what an officer told Penkoski about that policy that caught my attention.

The officer told him that using profanity - including the F-word - could result in a citation.

Penkoski pushed back. He says he doesn’t use that language himself, but argued that simply using a profanity in public should not automatically make someone’s speech illegal.

Penkoski asked whether he could be cited for quoting a Hadith containing a s*xually explicit reference involving Muhammad and Aisha.

The officer then stated that could also constitute profanity for which he could potentially be cited.

Question! - Will islamists speak up about not being able to cite their own text (the Hadith) regarding Muhammad making Aisha to clean the s*men stains out of his clothes?
