@Nordictrack this has still not been resolved. The axle frame has a crack in it. Tech has said it can't be fixed. It has not worked for more time than it has worked. Product Resolution will take up to 30 days to approve a replacement. This is clearly a lemon. Make it right
I bought a top of the line @Nordictrack x32i in 03/20. It has been awful in durability/quality. I have replaced a PC board inside the machine, the full console/screen. A tech came to change deck and incline sensor. Last week it broke again. I expected better for the '000s I spent
