There are moments that offer a pretty good sense that something new is going to work. This feels like one for ABS. The Cincinnati crowd’s reaction was thunderous. And the situation itself — twice it salvaged a bases-loaded opportunity. This system plays.
The Heat kept fouling the Wizards to get the ball back so Bam can break Kobe's record...
And the Wizards kept sending Bam to the free throw line
FOURTY-THREE free throws 😭
Dom Smith has signed a deal with the Atlanta Braves
His last play in a Giants uniform tells you everything you need to know about Dom Smith. I am a forever fan. Thank you Dom!
We really need to talk about how Steph Curry has more career 3-pointers than free throws.
It makes zero sense when you actually think about it. Most superstars in NBA history live at the line to get their points, but Steph is out here doing the opposite.
It is the ultimate pure hooper stat.
To put that into perspective, look at James Harden. The Beard is a legend in his own right with 3,288 threes, but he has a massive 8,432 free throws.
Harden basically built an empire at the line while Steph decided to just never miss from the parking lot.
We are officially watching a one-of-one career. Are we ever going to see another superstar finish their time in the league with more threes than free throws?
It feels like we’re witnessing a record that might actually be more unbreakable than the 4,000 threes themselves 🤷♂️
Isiah Thomas doesn’t get why today’s generation still hypes up Michael Jordan as the GOAT over LeBron, Kevin Durant, or Steph Curry 😳
“You guys are playing with arguably the greatest to ever play, yall treat him like he ain’t nothing. I’m talking about LeBron… instead of pumping yall era up, yall say Michael Jordan is the greatest… LeBron is holding every single record. You looking at Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, but then when you say who’s the greatest, yall talk about the guy who gave yall some shoes and some warmups”

The Warriors are reportedly willing to trade Draymond Green for Giannis Antetokounmpo, per @JakeLFischer
“The only player I think in the league that Golden State would be willing to move Draymond Green for would be Giannis Antetokounmpo. That’s the only player. Between him and Jonathan Kuminga and Brandin Podziemski, all of a sudden Golden State probably does have an intriguing package if you're Milwaukee. But I don't think that they are going to be pushing Draymond's salary onto the table — or Jimmy Butler’s salary — for anyone short of him.”

Jonathan Kuminga reportedly feels like the Warriors are making him the scapegoat again after benching him during their cold streak, per @anthonyVslater
“The Warriors lost five of their next seven. Kuminga's turnovers spiked and performance dipped. Searching for rotation answers, Kerr demoted Kuminga back to a bench role, reopening old wounds. ‘He feels like the scapegoat again,’ one team source said.”

Steph Curry is out tonight in Miami after tweaking his ankle twice on this road trip. Jimmy Butler is questionable with a lower back strain. Draymond Green and Buddy Hield are questionable with an illness. Jonathan Kuminga remains out. Al Horford is out.
