During the last week of may I should have recieved 2 important letters. One was a pin number for a new bank account and the other was for a hospital appointment. Can you advise why this might have happened?

@ScottishPower why am i getting £66 added to my next bill if I'm a prepayment customer? Why couldn't you send a voucher so I can top up my meter myself? It looks like I won't be directly getting any help from you? Pls advise

@SP_EnergyPeople i am on a pre pay meter for gas and electricity i received a text message and email to say you will be crediting my account with £66 why didn't I get a voucher so i can top up myself as I've no idea where this money is but its not going where its needed!
