@Swiggy@SwiggyCares after waiting for 1.3 hrs for accepting my order by restaurant partner and between them 3 delivery agents has been assigned and all of them called your customer care and informed that they are not able to find the restaurant as it's not in the given location

I think have made the blunder mistake to buy your washing machine, because I bought new machine which was defected and your Installation guy made the replacement request. And afer that my struggle start, nobody contacted me from IFB, So I had to follow-up
@IFBAppliances It does not matter that where I put my complain its same, they called and told me that you will get response with in 24hrs and its 48 hrs and still waiting for response.
You people on regular basis about the status of replacement. And after multiple follow-ups your people told that you will refund the money as you dont have that model in your stock. And now its been 25 days no body contacted yet and again I am following you people to get my Money
