It’s against the laws of the United States to reside in the USA without legal entry. It’s a crime. Same as all the other crimes. We don’t enact laws and then pick and choose which laws we shall enforce. If I would try to cross the border of any other country illegally I would be shot in the process. Maybe talk would prefer that. But in the meantime they are going back home where they are perfectly capable of starting the process to live here LEGALLY!
