Honda just slammed the brakes on its estimated $15 billion EV investment in Canada.

Meanwhile, the Liberals poured $52 billion of taxpayer money into propping up EV manufacturing.

And what do we have to show for it?

Northvolt — bankrupt.
GM — paused.
Honda — frozen.
Now full-on cancellation is being talked about.

At the same time, Carney opened Canada’s doors to cheaper Chinese EVs flooding the market.

So ask yourself, why would Honda (or anyone) build here, when China can undercut prices by 30–40%?

This isn’t bad luck. It’s bad policy!!!

$52 billion spent… and the foundation is already cracking.

One policy shift.
One global competitor unleashed.
And suddenly the entire strategy looks like it was built on sand.

This wasn’t a plan! it was a gamble.
