Thank you for brining up Lingang. Right now trying to reports a PUE of 1.15. The data centers in Sweden are running a PUE of 1.1-1.2.

A difference of .05 at the MAX isn’t enough to justify all that work/money.

You do need to be able to do rapid repairs and upgrades. So waiting a couple hours each time something fails is a no go.

How about all of the air they would need to pump down there to ensure the workers can breathe oh and you’ll still need heating and cooling (yk for the people).

How do said workers get to work?

It is clear that you have a great dissident of the gov, but you give them too much credit. You can’t fix every problem with drugs, some need surgery.

Skin is an organ of the human body and is universally recognized as the body’s largest organ. If the question meant largest organ located internally, it would say “internal”.
