So @TUIUK have just sent this email stating we will get £25 per person, per day for our luggage. We were told by our rep to buy what we needed for the holiday as they weren’t sure they would get our bags to us. She said ‘keep the receipts and it will all be refunded in full’

We spent £600. If @TUIUK do not refund this like we were told, Including our taxi fares we’ve had to take because we have had no pram for our toddler then we will be instructing a solicitor and going to a small claims court. There are tens of other families in this situation as

Hi @TUIUK @TUIGroup we’re day three in #paphos with no luggage and we’ve had not one bit of communication from you. The rep is not at the hotel (she has taken two days off) and the hotel says it can’t get through to you. When we arrived the rep told us all to get what we needed

Yesterday because her cancer medication was in her case. The strike was advertised the day before we flew you cannot say you were unaware. Tui’s response has for some been life threatening and dangerous. We need our luggage and compensation @DailyMailUK @TUIUK

And it would be reimbursed. We have had to spend £600 on clothes, suncream, hygiene products and swimwear. When we arrived we had no nappies, we had to make one out of a bathroom towel for our daughter. No one on the gatwick flight has had any communication. A woman was crying
