@NickMerianos@CBSSacramento That’s Steelhead Creek, at a location where this occurs every year because @TheCityofSac still allows hundreds of unhoused to build huge camps INSIDE the flood system. On this particular peninsula (now an island) one such man has a 1500 square foot makeshift structure he built.
@SacWalkSafe@TheCityofSac I have thousands more if anyone is interested. Pretty horrific destruction of our water quality and riparian habitats is the norm within the City of Sacramento.
@SacDaddyX There is a website hosted by the CA Secretary of State where you can actually check to see if RCWA is an official organization, bound by the campaign rules you fixate upon here. That might be a good place for you to start before embarrassing your idiotic fake profile further.
Who tries to dox volunteers who clean local waterways for FREE (who ironically just passed 2M pounds of trash removed), and uses falsities in the process? How utterly sad. This is what RCWA volunteers do to better our community, how about you Dave Kempa? https://t.co/hYfGdENgtI
Looks like we have a nonprofit endorsing a candidate.
The River City Waterway Alliance is funded by the Sacramento Area Creeks Council, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit (Fed. ID # 26-3676166)
They are strictly forbidden from endorsing a candidate. This is a clear @CA_FPPC violation.
Volunteers remove over 2M pounds of trash from local waterways in less than 21 months. (Sacramento, CA) We know who is removing it, but who fell asleep at the wheel and allowed this disaster to occur in the first place?! https://t.co/GfNsdsMqvk
@SacDaddyX There are literally zero other organizations getting into our creeks to clean them up. If you find one, please let me know so I can support them. Meanwhile, we will keep working away. This harassment is disgusting. @Flo4Sacramento@KevinMcCartyCA
@youknowkempa The last 12-13 followers who pay attention to this nonsense should unfollow this acct immediately. Totally disgusting. I hope some of them will sidestep you and help our wonderful group of volunteers. Such amazing, selfless folks. https://t.co/dwEoCxPs3M
@youknowkempa I do have to thank you for helping get the word out about our wonderful volunteers. We have a few new YouTube likes on the videos I shared with you. It’s good to know most folks appreciate clean waterways.
@youknowkempa My, that digressed quickly. When your VP Debate hangover wears off, I hope you can be a bit more rational for your poor followers. Pretty embarrassing exchange for you bud.
@oldcityguardian @youknowkempa@CA_FPPC We’re not even an “organization” folks. We’re 40-50 VOLUNTEERS who do the absolute sh** work that no one else will, including you internet hacks. I hope you get a real thrill toiling on here while others are actually out helping the community. https://t.co/KYDVSUGPpg
@youknowkempa@stevenmaviglio Thank you for once again bringing attention to our amazing all-volunteer group, who I’ll repeat again, is not a tax exempt organization. We’re celebrating 2 million lbs of trash removed tonight! Please come out and help us! 💚 https://t.co/dwEoCxPs3M
@youknowkempa@CA_FPPC RCWA is not a non profit, just a group of hardworking volunteers who don’t want this scene inside our levees. Btw, please join us in thanking their amazing volunteers who just today passed 2 million pounds of trash removed from local waterways since Jan 2023!💚🙏
@youknowkempa @oldcityguardian @CA_FPPC One more time ... RCWA is not a tax exempt org. Good luck, we're too busy cleaning up trashed creeks to play further. Please come out to one of our cleanups if you want to see what our amazing volunteers can accomplish. Here is what they did on Sunday. https://t.co/HlTYuIirXM
@youknowkempa @oldcityguardian @CA_FPPC You gents have a great time manufacturing some fictional campaign issues. Meanwhile we’ll be out here cleaning up the messes that no one else will talk about. Care to join us? Lots of opportunities …
