On this particular peninsula (now an island) one such man has a 1500 square foot makeshift structure he built.

The River City Waterway Alliance is funded by the Sacramento Area Creeks Council, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit (Fed. ID # 26-3676166)

They are strictly forbidden from endorsing a candidate. This is a clear @CA_FPPC violation.
