@SamsungCareUS why is it so difficult to get support. I am going round in circles on endless chats and being given expectations on call back that are never met. How can I actually get some support the washer in this video where I am told this noise is ‘normal’

Online chat service is all but useless. Getting information from Samsung is impossible
@ATT Probably not much point to be honest. The chat operator didn’t care if I was cancelling or not so not sure AT&T are that bothered about retaining customers
Rubbish customer service from @ATT . Happened to see a better deal with another provider, used the online chat to ask about what happens to equipment IF I was to cancel, instead of giving an answer the agent pushed for a cancellation date to be provided.
I was on the fence and unsure about cancelling before, just based on the rubbish customer service, it has helped make up my mind that @ATT don’t deserve the business.

Really frustrating to deal with @SamsungCareUS to the extent that they have taken so long to respond that I have missed out on the 90 day return period with @Costco. Now stuck with junk machines while samsung provide lousy customer care.
Just to add to this, the engineer who visited suggested this was normal and it’s just the ‘poor quality of appliances available in the US these days’. I don’t believe that is a satisfactory response

Shipping is ridiculous that fragile items would arrive like this in the latest possible box that even I could fit into. Online chat takes forever for a response and when you do get someone, they can’t replace items as they are out of stock!

@OctopusEnergy At least with my previous supplier I didn’t have to wait a year to be billed properly. It doesn’t make sense but also never had the smart meter issues I now have. Can’t say octopus have impressed.
@OctopusEnergy Thanks, I can’t believe that in the email I received this morning from Octopus that they suggested to get in tough with the Ombudsman. I am baffled as to why Octopus would not try and sort this without me having to contact a third party. This surely makes no sense.
