Waiting for cab since morning 10 am, after multiple follow ups cabs arrive at 01:30. After running for 15 mins, cab goes out of petrol and driver leaves the cab on Gangtok roads to get fuel. This is @thrillophilia premium service. @absdaga Shut down operations if you can't handle
