@arpanpanchal @thrillophilia @absdaga Yes they don't care about the customer's or getting back business.. They are lot of population in India to dupe and cheat.. I too suffered a lot after booking from them. They ruined the entire experience and charged me for premium services.

Worst service and planning by Thrillophilia and tour operator HIMAVAT. They are fraud and inexperienced. They don't care for you or your family. My kids and parents(above 60) suffered a lot in Sikkim. MY TRIP WAS A NIGHTMARE. BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS.

Its been alomost 10 days and no resolution from @thrillophilia on my complaints. There is no support mailbox, contact info or any other medium for customers to escalate their issues.

As per @thrillophilia agents, they are ineffective and inefficient to handle the loads in peak season, so NEVER BOOK THROUGH THEM or you will suffer later.

@absdaga Does @thrillophilia has any responsibility/conscience? Your operator @himavattour harrased my family and ruined my trip. Don't disgrace your platform further by offering 3k/one night stay as a compensation. Penalise @himavattour and refund my money if you really care.
