@BjornLomborg Since you mention Bulgaria, I can offer first hand experience from the region. We've had an unusually cool & rainy summer (following an exceptionally warm winter). 40C is the new 30, but floods are also more common. These are to be expected, I think.

If so, wouldn't you attribute most of the observed decrease to an unusually warm winter? Also, some countries went back to coal-fired generation, as it made sense pricewise; not exactly a structural change

#Romania has started its first ever gas exports from local production to #Bulgaria. Some traders say the gas was produced in the Black Sea.

If that's the case, it would be the first time Black Sea gas is exported to the region.

Hearing some interesting info about #Gazprom’s #Hungarian recent gas contract. Gas price delivered via Serbia -> TTF front month plus €0.05/MWh starting from 1 Jan 2022. The price via Austria is front month VTP-entry (entry calculated according to formula).
