I'm excited to announce that I've signed a deal for the publication of my memoir about the years I worked on Robert F. Kennedy's Senate staff. It should be available for purchase on June 6, 2026.
Here’s the announcement from the “Deal Report” in Publishers Marketplace.
@Narenaushyd@varungandhi80 That was over a period of 26 years going back to the 1960’s when less was known about cheetah conservation. Now, fewer than 7,000 wild cheetahs are left. How many more deaths are acceptable to you? And 4 what? To create safari parks for tourists as is being proposed in Kuno?
Importing cheetahs from Africa and allowing nine of them to die in a foreign land is not just cruelty, it's an appalling display of negligence.
We should focus on conserving our own endangered species and habitats rather than contributing to the suffering of these magnificent creatures.
This reckless pursuit of exotic animals must end immediately, and we should prioritise the welfare of our native wildlife instead.
@varungandhi80 Thank you for speaking out on behalf of wildlife that can’t speak for themselves. The Project Cheetah experiment should be stopped — no more African cheetahs should die on Indian soil. The funds should instead go to support native Indian species. ❤️
