Landed just now at Ahmedabad International Airport - Terminal 2. Faced 2 major issues that hamper the customer experience. First , the baggage delivery service was at snail's pace. (It had arrived on Belt 2 Indigo fligjt from Dubai).

Second, there is no organised pre-paid taxi counter. The booth has some unauthorised person for renting the taxi. No pre-paid bills issued at pre-paid taxi counter. Taxi operators taking passangers for ride as there is no standard rate fixed . Very poor management.
