FYI My Friends ❤️
I have attended CPR classes over the years, but was never told this particular scenario. I was told that when your body starts sweating profusely for no apparent reason followed by what feels like a spasm at the end of your esophagus, that is your body’s warning sign.
When you are alone and have a heart attack, what are you gonna do? A really good post that can't be shared often enough:
1. Take a 2 minute break and read this:
Let's say it's 5:25 pm and you're driving home after an unusually hard day's work.
2. You are really tired and frustrated.
All of a sudden you experience chest pains. They are starting to radiate in the arm and jaw. It feels like being stabbed in the chest and heart. You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital or home.
3. Unfortunately you don't know if you can make it..
4. Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself.
5. How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.
6. But you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly! Deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.
7. Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs and coughing movements boost the heart and blood circulation. Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat. That’s how cardiac arrest victims can make it to the hospital for the right treatment.
8. Cardiologists say if someone gets this message and passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.
9. FOR WOMEN: You should know that women have additional and different symptoms. Rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. Often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue.
❤️Sharing this could help SAVE a life 🙏
Everyone needs to see this!
Bill Maher to JD Vance: "Here's my deal breaker for your side. Okay. Under Trump, you guys have two outcomes in an election can be. Either we win, or they cheat it. That shit has to stop. "
A student submitted an essay she wrote by hand. Her university ran it through an AI detector. The detector said she cheated. She is autistic.
Her name is Moira Olmsted. Adelphi University. February 2026. Turnitin flagged her essay as 100% AI-generated. She was disciplined.
Two other AI detectors classified the same essay as human-written.
She sued. She won. The court called the school's decision "arbitrary and capricious."
She is not the only one.
In May 2026, a high school student in Palo Alto was expelled after an AI detector flagged his work. He faced visa revocation. He filed a federal civil rights lawsuit.
A researcher at Griffith University just proved mathematically why this keeps happening. The paper is on arXiv. The finding is one sentence.
AI text detectors have a structural flaw that no amount of better engineering can fix.
Here is what the math says.
If a university wants its detector to catch 80% of cheaters, at least 750 out of every 10,000 innocent students will be wrongly accused. That is not a software problem. It is a theorem.
If the university tries to limit false accusations to 1%, detection power collapses to 6%. It catches 6 out of every 100 AI-written papers. The other 94 get through.
There is no setting where the detector is both fair and effective.
The reason is diversity. Every student writes differently. Non-native English speakers use simpler vocabulary. Shorter sentences. Clearer structures. So does AI. A Stanford study found that 61.3% of TOEFL essays written by non-native English speakers were misclassified as AI-generated. A separate analysis tested 14 commercial detection tools. Zero out of 14 reached 80% accuracy.
The students most likely to be wrongly accused are non-native English speakers, neurodivergent students, and anyone who writes with clarity and precision. The qualities that make their writing effective are the same qualities the detector mistakes for a machine.
Vanderbilt University understood this. They disabled Turnitin's AI detection in 2023 after calculating that even a 1% error rate across 75,000 submissions would produce 750 wrongful accusations per year.
750 students accused of cheating for writing like themselves.
The paper's conclusion is not that we need better detectors. It is that the diversity of human writing itself makes accurate detection mathematically impossible.
The same thing that makes your writing yours is the thing that gets you accused.

@jerry_keep27418@FullOfGraceUS@RealJamesWoods Wrong. Covid-19 hit U.S. March 2020 (However it began spreading earlier in China late 2019). The election wasn't until November 2020, Trump didn't leave office until January 2021, a year after the pandemic hit. Why doesn't anyone else remember this?!
@OccupyDemocrats IIRC, Trump only called police AFTER Epstien was indicted. Why then? Why not before? It is my belief he only called them to see if he was being implicated as well. He KNEW what Epstien was but never called until after LE was coming down on Epstien.
My coworker and I were talking about capitalism, and she said, “The Earth is a resort for like 500 rich people, and the rest of us are just the staff.”
Now I can't unsee it.
BREAKING: Jeffrey Epstein survivor Maria Farmer just released this video message to Congress, telling them how Ghislaine Maxwell has threatened her life, and the Trump DOJ has not released all of the evidence she supplied to them about Epstein and multiple Co-conspirators.
Everyone needs to hear this! What are they hiding?
HEY COUNTY ASSESSOR — THIS ONE’S FOR YOU.
Let’s call this what it is.
I’m being taxed on money I never made.
Think about that.
I bought my property in 2012 for $60,000.
Now the county claims it’s worth $306,000.
Did I sell it? No.
Did I realize a profit? No.
Did I receive a $306,000 check? Not even close.
But my tax bill? That went up like I did.
That’s the problem.
This isn’t income.
This isn’t cash.
This is a number someone wrote down on paper — and now I’m expected to pay real money because of it.
If my stock portfolio doubles, I don’t owe taxes until I sell.
If my paycheck doesn’t increase, I don’t suddenly owe more income tax.
So why is housing treated differently?
Why am I being taxed on unrealized gains?
A home isn’t just an asset on a spreadsheet — it’s where people live. And under this system, you can do everything “right,” pay off your house, and still get squeezed harder every year based on a theoretical value you never turned into cash.
That’s not ownership. That’s renting from the government with extra steps.
And spare me the talking points about “services” and “inflation.”
This is about being billed for value you never received.
People are waking up to it.
