@VodafoneGroup clearly don't want to keep my business after years and years. Others have better deals on their own network! So #greedy they won't even match offers out there! #terrible#customerservice. Clearly more interested in new customers than old.

DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH @VodafoneUK . #avoidthiscompany they say they will help and get any issues sorted but it's all #fake .they do not care at all if they leave you with a dodgy phone. How is this acceptable? #poorcustomerservice
@VodafoneUK I can not believe that after the extensive promises to fix my issue and arrange a simple collection with @DPDgroup_news I still haven't received any communication about when it will be sorted. And I keep getting kicked off the web chat. #worstcustomerservice
@VodafoneUK customer service and we chat service is the worst! Spent nearly 7 hours on webchat in total to try get a simple repair sorted. Then it keeps cutting out #shoddy#CustomerService
They use @DPDgroup who can't be arsed to get out of their vans to pick goods. #awful

@virginmedia That doesn't help me now though does it??i have had to sign up for another 12 month contract at a higher price. Otherwise I would have potentially either pay a much higher rate or wait for another supplier to connect me.
@virginmedia shame on you! As a loyal customer for TV and broadband, my bill goes up and yet my package remains the same. Customer service was poor and unhelpful too. Maybe the cooling off period will be applied for a better deal moving forward. #notvalueformoney
@virginmedia@virginmedia I don't see why continued custom should be taken for granted when there are other suppliers out in the market. Does it make sense that my package stays exactly the same, the service does not improve, but my bill goes up??
