@HamptonByHilton Pitts/Wexford poorly run & paper thin walls/floors. Awoken by kids jumping, slamming on floor above 10 to 11 pm. No remedy! Staff states noise curfew after 10:00 pm but no way to enforce it. solution is for me to get dressed,move to another room! Never stay here!

@HiltonHonors The property where I’m staying is poorly managed and the rooms have paper thin walls. Incredibly disappointed being kept awake by kids jumping, slamming on the floor above me from before 10:00 pm -11:30 pm. no remedy from the front staff. Will never stay again.

@HiltonHonors telling me there is a noise curfew after 10:00 pm but they have no way to enforce it. The solution is for me to get dressed and move to another room after these guests with children have woken me two times. Startled by a loud bang of jumping off the bed. 0 stars.
