@geoffreylitt The way I got where I am is by building a portfolio of personal projects. They can usually give a much better idea of what you can do with your skills than a point form on a resume.

@imjkunst I use PrimeFilm XAs and then run the negatives through an image processor code I wrote. It automatically inverts and equalizes channels, removes the orange mask/blue colour cast and corrects contrast levels. I then colour correct frames that need it in Photoshop.
