@Hertz, @Budget made us wait 2 hours at the airport in Seattle for our vehicle but at least they *had* a vehicle.

@Hertz local Seattle office (6987 Perimeter Rd. S.) has no accountability. They would not help my family get another vehicle or reimburse us for transportation to their facility. They told us to call corporate. Corporate hung up on us after waiting 20 minutes.
