@Airtel_Presence Since I have already called customer care a couple of times and raised a request, but so far there has been no resolution to the issue. A customer care representative said a technician would come to my place at 9:00 AM to fix the issue. So far, no technician has visited.
Dear @airtelindia,
Please look into the below issues.
1. How can you schedule planned maintenance during the daytime?
2. Note the time when notification messages were received. It does not seem to be planned maintenance.
3. Wi-Fi has not yet been restored.

Thank you
One glaring example that vividly illustrates the lack of political will and leadership in #Pune, emphasizing how the city is treated as the step-sister to Mumbai, is the stark difference between CSTM and PUNE JN Railway Stations
Both serve as gateways into the city. While there's room for improvement at CSTM, Pune Junction is a chaotic mess. Even after disembarking from a modern and truly world-class train like the #VandeBharat, senior citizens and differently-abled individuals are forced to navigate almost 250 meters, hauling their luggage through garbage, muck, and a sea of people who have turned the entire area into their home and business space, just to reach a decent Ola/Uber pick-up point. On-site rickshawalas are shamelessly extorting money from tired and aged citizens willing to pay any price to get home. In contrast, at CSTM, a taxi stand just outside the platform gates, managed by traffic police constables, operates seamlessly, with taxis on meter, and no one is denied service.
It's disheartening and aggravating to experience complete apathy for something as basic as the main railway junction that serves millions of citizens each year.

Really?? The truth is that, in large part, our poverty was a result of decades of colonial rule which systematically plundered the wealth of an entire subcontinent. Yet the most valuable possession we were robbed of was not the Kohinoor Diamond but our pride & belief in our own capabilities. Because the goal of colonisation—its most insidious impact—is to convince its victims of their inferiority. Which is why investing in BOTH toilets AND space exploration is not a contradiction. Sir, what going to the moon does for us is that it helps restore our pride & self-confidence. It creates belief in progress through science. It gives us the aspiration to lift ourselves out of poverty. The greatest poverty is the poverty of aspiration…

Exasperated by the Pune Municipal Corporation’s (PMC) lax attitude towards the city’s deteriorating road conditions and shabby work by its contractors, a local businessman decided to take matters into his own hands, and in an unusual way!
The businessman, Santosh Pandit, became a one-man force, holding the authorities accountable for their lackluster road construction efforts. He arranged for the funeral of the 15-ft deep manhole that had been rendered open on Shankar Sheth Road, opposite Kumar Pacific Mall to mock PMC’s inaction. In a rare display of concern towards fellow commuters, the man stood guard at the ‘killer’ spot for six long hours in the scorching heat to alert motorists on Wednesday.

3 reasons why #Pune infra is hurting:
1. No political will/ownership by leaders
2. Poor planning & execution by local agencies like PMC/PMRDA
3. Activists blocking projects
For most projects, 1 and 2 are much bigger issues. Though 3 does creep up near the top in few cases.
