@NordicTrack I had a technician visit on 13 SEP to inspect my bike. After 30 days and multiple phone calls, we’re STILL waiting on the report and “to be called back”. We are TRYING to give you money to fix the issue. We can’t use an iFit subscription during this time either!

@Kia please help. We requested to ship my Kia as part of my military overseas move 37 days ago, submitted requested documents multiple times, and still have no progress. We have to ship our vehicle soon and are at a loss of what to do!

@Kia 26 days of our request being “elevated to supervisors” with your finance and documents department and still no progress. I guess military can’t take their vehicles overseas? So far dealing with Kia is the worst part of moving out the country!

@Kia I’m in the military about to move overseas, yet your documents/finance department has run us ragged for over 3 weeks for what we need to ship our car. They continue to “elevate” to a supervisor and have us call back in 72 hours, and just say the same. Help please!
