@dom_gag_96 I’m 26, based near Milan. I work in business development in the high-end furniture and design industry, but I’m deeply into AI and use it daily to automate workflows and experiment with new tools. Happy to connect!
I feel better than before overall, but not fully dialed in.
Physically, things are fine. Energy is good, training is going well but I wouldn’t say I notice any dramatic difference compared to before. If anything, it feels like the results show more in the bloodwork than in how I actually feel day to day (despite feeling good don’t get me wrong). I also notice some water retention, which I assume is from the higher estrogen.
Mentally, I feel more stable now. At the beginning it was a bit up and down, but that seems to have settled.
Libido is good.
So overall it’s an improvement, but not a night and day difference, and I can definitely feel the higher estrogen side, it’s not completely “clean” if that makes sense.
That said, estradiol should come down with the lower clomiphene dose, even if so will test…
This might actually be Trump's funniest moment 😂
Japanese Reporter: Why didn't you tell us before you struck Iran?
Trump: "Why didn't you tell me about Pearl Harbor?" 💀🔥😂
Love that you're jumping on Tirzep to test it firsthand, can't wait to hear how it feels for you!
As someone who's definitely not at an ideal physique yet (but working on it), I can say tirzepatide has been a game changer for me. I've lost over 20 kg (about 25% of my body weight), and it gives you incredible control over food, cravings, and honestly your whole life. That kind of weight loss took serious mental strength on my part.
I did a month at 2.5 mg (which was already amazing), and now I'm on 5 mg, even though I'm getting leaner and might not "need" it as much.
So if it makes things easier with minimal/no side effects (at least for me), why not go for it? I don’t understand those against it.
You still have to prioritize plenty of protein and train hard for sure. But if you're already doing that consistently, there's really no excuse not to give tirzep a shot for that extra edge.
Excited for your updates, Greg, I always cherish your insights!
