@RoyalMail a parcel was collected from seller on the 6th, was due to be here on the 13th and the tracking number says "can't update til we have attempted delivery" can you help?

@AmazonHelp Hi thanks for the reply. Sadly nothing on that link helps. As I have the item so I can't report a problem with the actual item. The problem is that they aren't knocking, just leaving parcels out side or in bins.

......and handed to residents. When i went to look for my parcel in had been put inside a recycling bin!! Both times we havent had a knock at the door and if it wasnt for the notification those christmas presents could have been thrown away! Its a joke @AmazonUK

Deliveries from @AmazonUK are getting worse! Yesterday while we were in we had a notification to say delivered and handed to resident, only to find it outside our neighbours bin (who was out) and today while indoors I got a another notification to say parcel delivered......
