30 years with #UnitedAirlines and they keep giving me reasons to switch. I don't complain about delays. But they go out of their way to not help loyal customers by using their fare rules and zero judgment, they make it easy to start looking. Short-sighted.
Another #wellsfargo fail. Made me wait for the 1 notary. Then even though the customer she was with was on the phone, and she said the notary would only take a few minutes, she could not b bothered to help. Eventually told me she would be at least 1/2 hour. Walked out. Sad.
